Welcome to the Mars Bars of Pearl of the Orient.
Continuing the legacy of their father, Lim Khim Chang, both cousins, Lim Thuan Hin and Teh Choon Pin, have continued the "bananas" business for the past 40 years.
Parked at the side of the Tanjung Bungah road leading to Batu Ferringhi, the van used for the business, operates the business from 12.00am to 6.00pm daily. Both cousins, Lim and Teh attends the operation with the help from the senior Lim occassionally.
The daily affair starts off with the set up of the stall that houses within the van, and all necessary untensils, woks, pots and the "engineering" tools used for the operation is displayed around the stall premise.
So, enjoy the crispy,tantalising and mouth-watering collection of the ONE and ONLY ONE Penang Goreng Pisang in town, here!

 | | Deep-Fried 3-in-1 Glutinous Rice (Tee-Kueh)
This traditional way of "disposing" the "Tee-Kueh", deep-frying with sweet potato and yam, making a 3-in-1 delicacies for snack as well as lunch, dinner and supper, who knows!
Tee-Kueh, which means "sweet cake" is a Chinese New Year glutinous rice cake, made and offered to the Kitchen God during the Eve of New Year. A very sticky chinese delicacy, it is believe that once the Kitchen God "consumed" the cake, that upon arriving at Heaven, the God will make good and positve reposrts about human kind on earth. How true!!

 | | Deep-Fried Banana (Pisang Goreng)
The goreng pisang, the Lim's secret recipe, that proved for the past 40 years, and still maintaining it's originality, is the best delicacies.
Hand-picked banana is most important to provide the deep-frying while maintaining the aromatic and crisp. The first bite will allow the crunchyness while a deeper bits puts the favour of the banana.
Try it out and you won't regret!

 | | Deep-Fried Cempedak
The fruit, cempedak is a native to this part of the world. Indeed wild Cempedak is found scattered in the high forest thoughout the mainland from the lowlands.
Cempedak, like nangka is a collective or compound fruit. It is borne on the trunk or main branches and attains a dimension of 20-50 cm by 10-15 cm. The rind is golden yellow to light brown, covered with numerous fleshy spines. The flesh is golden yellow to light brown, with a rather slimy, custard-like texture. It is eaten raw or deep fried together with the seed. Its flavour is very strong, reminiscent of Durian and Bacang. Its food value is similar to Nangka.
A seasonal fruit, the deep-fried cempedak attained the most demand when the season hit the road. And the business hear is never without cempedak, which comes in such deep-crispy and golden yellow delicacies.
